I would say to you what my family says to people when they complain about something ridiculous/out of their hands but it would be very un-lady-like; and we all know that I am the most polite, lady-like lady out there! :)

Hey so I finally got in contact with the ticket place, (during Warped Tour...awkward) they can't do anything about the early entry or the ticket. I bought a normal ticket and at least it wasn't sold out or anything. I guess it'll be okay, since I know all of the bands will be hanging out during the show and I can just talk to you guys then. Thanks for actually caring though, it's cool that when this shit happens, I can actually contact a member of the band and not some publicist or something.

Hey, so I ran into a problem, and this is the only place where I can contact a band member. I preordered a ticket for your show, but instead of Detroit I accidentally ordered Chicago (!!). I'm trying to contact the ticket place but they haven't answered my phone calls. The confirmation email I found says no refunds or exchanges, so I'll probably just buy another ticket. Anyways the real problem here is that I have the early access to the show, and I probably won't get that. Is there any way you guys can help me out here. I have the email and everything, I just won't be on the list. :(

You guys are my favorite band and I'm so fucking bummed.
